Needs-driven
We design interventions after structured listening with communities, participants, and local partners.
Who we are
For more than two decades we have worked with youth, children, and women across Gaza through rights-based, dignity-centered, inclusive programs.
Who we are
Ajyal Association for Creativity & Development is a leading non-governmental organization empowering youth and children across Gaza. We strengthen the capacities of those facing compounded marginalization, enabling them to play a positive role in Palestinian community development.
Founded in 2003 and registered with the Ministry of Interior under number 7329, we bring more than two decades of experience and local and international partnerships to advance our mission at both the individual and community levels.
A world where every individual, regardless of circumstance, lives with dignity, safety, and the opportunity to thrive — where communities affected by crisis are empowered to rebuild and grow stronger.
To relieve human suffering and advance sustainable development by delivering timely humanitarian assistance and long-term development programs to the most vulnerable communities, in partnership with local actors, institutions, and the global community — while upholding the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and humanitarian neutrality.
We design interventions after structured listening with communities, participants, and local partners.
We link activities to clear outputs and outcomes, and share results transparently with donors and communities.
We work with a wide network of local and international partners to expand reach and improve service quality.
From education and protection to youth empowerment and humanitarian response — integrated pathways serving the community.
