Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development is A Palestinian nongovernmental organization firstly established in 2003 and registered at the Ministry of Interior, no.7329. It mainly aims to contribute in the Palestinian society development through implementing a variety of programs and developing projects. It seeks likewise to develop the concepts of community work according to a vision suits our society needs and to increase the targeted groups\' awareness and perception to contribute in a real development process to ultimately enhance and develop our society abilities.

 Ajyal association respects and appreciates the local community\'s culture and principles and commits to its Human Arabic affiliation and provides its services for all people regardless their religion, color, or sex. Ajyal association believes in human rights principles and commits to advocate the Palestinian just causes and to achieve justice, equality, and development to all community members. The association members are gathered on a unified developmental vision that aims to enhance the community work and provides developmental and relief services especially for the residents of Al Toffah neighborhood through networking mechanisms and collective work to ultimately reinforce the Palestinians\' patience and immovability in their homeland.  

Ajyal Objectives:  

• Encouraging the communication between generations and adopting community\'s initiatives and enhancing its interaction with society.
• Improving the social and developmental abilities, fighting poverty, and developing collective work.
• Activating, developing, and rehabilitating human recourses to implement a variety of programs and activities in society.
• Developing woman participation and role in society and focusing on childhood and motherhood studies.
• Developing, supporting, and rehabilitating youth for leadership and reinforce their role in society.
• Reinforcing youth empowerment program, youth right in social participation, and increasing their awareness of civil community concepts.
• Achieving social interdependence by providing the basic needs that guarantee a decent life for all people and including youth in producing process by providing suitable and decent jobs for them.
• Researching, diagnosing, and conducting studies regarding community development and issuing booklets, leaflets, conducting training courses, workshops, and seminars for all community categories
• Reinforcing relationship and partnership with the associations that have to do with community building and development.
